As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) I help women to become Plant-Powered and Fabulous, and even more successful by teaching them not just how to live well, but how to become the absolute BEST version of themselves. I’ll guide you how to thrive on a plant-based diet because it should be fun! You’ll gain energy, understand what works best for your body, become overall happier in all areas of life, and may even lose some weight as a side-effect.
Who am I?
I was born and raised in Finland, then lived in NYC and NJ for 10 years and now I’m in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area with my two cats Miina and Moses. I’m an advocate of whole food plant-based eco-conscious lifestyle and in this blog you’ll find my favorite healthy recipes, real health and wellness info, mindful living and wellness inspiration, travel tips and more.
I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Health Coach, got my Plant-Based Nutrition Certification from Cornell University and I work with clients like you to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results.
I am here to help YOU discover that it is possible to stay healthy without having to put yourself through hell, and even be able to live a happy, indulgent life.
I’m especially happy to support people that are transitioning to a plant-based diet, or are already plant-based but are struggling with questions like:

You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness. Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationship as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.
