Few weeks ago my friend threw a 60’s theme party at his fabulous Speakeasy vintage store. I, of course, chose to go as a hippie since that’s always been the style I love. Funnily enough I couldn’t find any hippie-like clothing in my closet so I had to get creative. I found this beach cover-up that I’ve never worn in my life and with its trumpet sleeves and crochet details it was pretty good discovery. Since it’s see-through and I don’t own a slip I wore turquoise mini shorts under it that matched my turquoise jewelry. The hippie headband just crowned it all. Oh, and the password to get in was “Stoned Soul Picnic”.
The party was fun! There was a bartender making old fashioned cocktails and a DJ making sure everyone was feeling groovy. And we were! Thanks Johnny!
