In our series of quick, simple breakfast/snacks/desserts I present to you my Berry Coconut Kombucha Mousse. This gut-friendly dessert, can also be enjoyed as a breakfast or as a snack. It also travels well so it’s perfect to bring with you to work.
Berry Coconut Kombucha Mousse
- Blend some berries (I used blueberries, but any will do) together with coconut milk yogurt.
- Add chia kombucha of your liking (I used GT’s Black Chia for this one).
- Stir well.
- Top with more berries.
- Serve chilled.
- And that’s that.
