We went back to Oktoberfest at the Bear Mountain for the second time with our lovely neighbors. After a fun day of beer, German snacks and outdoors we headed out to real dinner at a nearby Japanese restaurant, Mt. Fuji in Hillburn, NY. After a little drive up a steep hill we arrived at an Asian wonderland. This place was like an adult playground which felt like a cruise ship of some sort. I never have high expectations of the food at theme restaurants so I was actually surprised how good the food was. I absolutely loved my spicy veggie rolls and it was fun to sit at the sushi bar observing the chef preparing his art right in front of you, for you.
