Quick vegan lunch wrap

Here’s another quick and easy lunch option that I just throw together when I’m in rush or just plain tired/lazy. I warm up a whole wheat, rice tortilla or Paleo Wrap (or whatever flat bread type of thing you have available) on a dry pan and add whatever leftovers I have from the day before + lettuce + fresh tomato + organic frozen corn + guacamole (if I have some) + taco sauce. Wrap and eat.
It doesn’t need to be so complicated or time consuming to get your belly full! Take my word for it! 🙂
