On a hot, muggy Sunday couple of us girls got together in our friend’s Chelsea loft for some much needed chit chat, giggles, tapas and cold drinks. Our lovely host Heidi had just returned from Spain, therefore we got to taste almost authentic Spanish sangria and delicacies such as the above gazpacho (perfect summer soup). Yum!
