My yoga studio is located next to an Indian store that sells clothes, oils, incense, jewelry and decorative items from India and the other day before class I peeked in. I saw so many things I wanted, but luckily I didn’t bring much money since I was going to a yoga class and not shopping. I had $10 in my pocket and from their clearance section I found this pretty pink dress that was exactly the amount I had. The owner of the store, an elder Indian man, told me that he’s had the store in that exact same spot for 37 years. That’s quite impressive. I’ll be sure to return for the oils and incense.
We go through a lot of incense in our household. There’s one burning right now too. And maybe some of the pretty clothes as well (although I’m still not supposed to be buying any new clothes…). Me and India just share such a special relationship which is why I love everything from there. Wish I could travel there soon again…
