On Thursday was the beginning of the New York Fashion Week which means; Fashion’s Night Out! We’ve always done a lot during FNO as you can see here, here and here. This year we attended Ivana Helsinki runway show and I immediately have to apologize that you’re not going to see any amazing fashion shots because I HAVE AN AWFUL CAMERA. Anybody wanting to donate me a nice one please go ahead. It’ll be greatly appreciated. The designer Paola Suhonen’s signature style mends Slavic rough melancholy and pure Scandinavian moods (I love this dress). The new ‘Mourning Sun Motel’ collection is based on Paola’s film about an old motel and its guests in midsummer.
After the show we skipped the after-party and had dinner in Chelsea and as old as we are nowadays, headed home after. So no shop-hopping looking for the best parties. This is what happens when you turn… whatever we’ve already turned. Old ladies.
Fun, hot night, new experience, catching up and all good times. So no, summer is not over yet! I’m not ready to start hibernating just yet.
