Sometimes you just don’t want to cross that bridge or tunnel over to NYC. It’s so busy, loud and stinky, especially in the summer time. We typically always plan our picnics and parties on the other side, so this time we decided to stay in New Jersey and make it a fun Memorial Day Picnic in Hoboken of all the places. What’s not to like about Hoboken! It has wonderful views of NYC skyline, it’s clean, not overcrowded, it has pretty park by the Hudson River and all the cool restaurants and stores one could ask for. So we got our veggie sushi and cupcakes and had a picnic in Hoboken. We cheated on NYC and it felt great! Hoboken, we’ll be seeing you much more in the future. You’re cool.

I looove sushi! But I'm allergic to seafood so I always get the vegetarian roll. This time with brown rice so it's super healthy and delicious at the same time. Yum!
