Here’s an older picture from the beginning of the summer. Must have been my day off and I was just hanging out with the cats and taking it easy.
This salad was delicious. It had finely chopped kale, carrots, cabbage, miso and vinegar. Topped with plenty of sunflower seeds and coconut oil fried sesame tempeh.
This is the good life. 
We’ll be off for few days adventuring on the other side of the country, but I’ll be back after the weekend with full report and tons of pictures (of course). Can’t wait!
