Yesterday I was proud to be part of the history in the making at Central Park’s Great Lawn, where I and 10 000 other yogis and wanna-be yogis were setting the world record for the largest registered yoga class. Unfortunately the rain made sure it also turned into the shortest yoga class. But what a great feeling it was to get into the om-chant with thousands of people and stop the rain for a minute.

Reggie Watts was funny as hell and his music is groovy mix of cute funniness. Buddy Wakefield is awesome spoken word artist/poet and his performance was so intense. Reminded me that I need to check out some spoken word nights in the city. Check out great performance of his here with Sage Francis (not from last night).
