30-Day Sugar Detox

Once a year I like/have to quit sugar because I know I have issues with this addictive substance. So I go on a 30-Day sugar detox. I’ve always had love for sweet things and since I was a child, I’ve gone above and beyond to get it (from top shelves of the kitchen cabinets/mom’s wardrobe/other hidden places). I even remember eating powdered sugar straight from the box with a spoon, just like that. Also, drinking caramel sauce straight from the container. So, yes, my fondness for sweet things is strong and has a long history… 30-Day sugar DetoxThis is why I need to challenge myself and completely quit it for a while so I can reset my body’s harmony. You can read about my previous 30-day sugar detox experiences here and here. I used this herbal tincture to aid with the process of clearing candida overgrowth and will be using it again.
