I must admit that I very rarely have trouble sleeping, like once a year rarely, usually when there’s a supermoon of some sorts or some other mystical planetary movements and so on :). I usually fall asleep as soon as I hit my head on the pillow (my husband is so jealous of that quality of mine since he has big problems sleeping), and going to bed is one of my favorite times of the day. My husband says it’s a sign of depression, but I don’t think so at all :)! After a long, productive day it’s just nice to really get to relax.
I love to go to bed early. If I’m home alone it can be as early as 8.30pm. I bring my Passion Planner and my 5-Year Journal with me and first write down in the diary a couple of sentences about what happened today, what went well, and then I read what happened last year and the year before on this very same day. It’s fun!
Then I take my Passion Planner out and plan tomorrow and the rest of the week. That’s it. That’s my nighttime ritual. Ok, there’s more. Couple of times a week I take Natural Calm magnesium supplement that I mix with just a half a glass of water (so I don’t have to run to the bathroom at night). Most of us are deficient in magnesium and my homeopath recommended I take a supplement. I also moisturize my arms and hands with this rich, toxin-free body butter and drop couple of Perelandra wellness drops under my tongue. Then I kiss my fur babies Miina and Moses, and my husband good night.
