This is the perfect post to do as I’ve already started transitioning to my annual spring detox. I have always had a sweet tooth and my cravings for sugar can get really loud. I love candy, cinnamon buns, cakes, pies and would love to eat these things every single day. But I try not to.
Luckily finding better alternatives, especially for soda, is easy nowadays. My favorite is Reed’s that brews its ginger sodas in a natural microbrew process using filtered sparkling water. The brews contain between 8 and 26 grams of fresh ginger root per serving, lemon, lime, honey, cane sugar, pineapple, herbs and spices. Their products are free of preservatives, caffeine, gluten and GMO’s.
