GINGER. Ginger has been used for its medicinal properties for centuries. Ginger has a long history of use for relieving digestive problems such as nausea, loss of appetite, motion sickness and pain. It’s also anti-inflammatory and reduces pain, especially the symptoms of dysmenorrhea (severe pain during a menstrual cycle). Try it next time! USE: You can add fresh ginger into smoothies or fresh juices. Add fresh or dried ginger to stir-fry or homemade salad dressing. Steep peeled fresh ginger in boiling water to make ginger tea. Store fresh ginger in a tightly wrapped plastic bag in the refrigerator or freezer.
TRACE MINERAL DROPS.
Ideally, minerals should come from eating a raw food diet. However, even eating a raw food diet isn’t enough since soils have been depleted of minerals. Therefore, if it’s not in the soil, it’s not in the food. Taking mineral drops every day ensures you’re getting a full spectrum of ionic trace minerals, which are the same kind of bioavailable ionic trace minerals that are found in foods. Few benefits of taking mineral drops include but are not limited to: Bone and joint health, re-mineralizing distilled water, electrolyte replacement, maintain pH balance, normalizing bowel functions (cleansing), calcium assimilation, circulatory health and help assimilate vitamins.
