When you crave for something minty and chocolatey, don’t go for the candy. Go for the smoothie. Yes, the smoothie!
Like Candy- Mint Chocolate Smoothie
4-5 dl Coconut water (or more, depending on how thick you like your smoothie )
1 banana (preferably frozen , so you do not need to add ice)
2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
1 handful of mint leaves (or a few drops of peppermint oil)
2 tablespoons raw cacao nibs
1/2 teaspoon of spirulina
(optional: seeds from half a vanilla bean)
Blend in a high-speed blender. Sprinkle with cacao nibs or powder. Garnish with mint leaf.
