As you may know, we spent one week in Finland just last week and during this trip we ate so much great food. Every restaurant we picked was excellent and I was very happy to notice that they all had at least one vegetarian option on the menu. I had delicious chanterelle soup at Fransmanni (our hotel restaurant) and Salutorget (where we were embarrassingly underdressed), amazing Lappish dinner at Saaga, healthy breakfast at Market Squares’ Cafe Koket and the most wonderful gazpacho soup and spinach-chevre patty at Kellohalli.
There were so many places we didn’t have the time to go, such as Farang, but I’ll be back very soon!
