Berry Coconut Kombucha Mousse

 In our series of quick, simple breakfast/snacks/desserts I present to you my Berry Coconut Kombucha Mousse. This gut-friendly dessert, can also be enjoyed as a breakfast or as a snack. It also travels well so it’s perfect to bring with you to work.

Berry Coconut Kombucha Mousse

  1. Blend some berries (I used blueberries, but any will do) together with coconut milk yogurt.
  2. Add chia kombucha of your liking (I used GT’s Black Chia for this one).
  3. Stir well.
  4. Top with more berries.
  5. Serve chilled.
  6. And that’s that.
