Hawley is a small town in Wayne County, Pennsylvania with population just a little over 1211. It is situated just north of Lake Wallenpaupack and about 20 miles west of the New York border. It took us about 2,5 hrs to drive here along the scenic route (which I always prefer), passing many idyllic towns. It is a great escape for city people with it’s fresh air, mountain views, beautiful lakes and creeks and a laid-back feel. I would love to come back in the summer.
