LIVING YOGA

This week I worked 1,5 days altogether, ate six home-made veggie burgers (bit of an addiction), babysat my cute five year old niece for the first time ever (just for about 15 minutes, but still), got my goals straight for the year and made a plan to make it happen, got inspired to make summer dresses from my old Indian fabrics (it’s going to be one colorful summer…), celebrated our anniversary, visited Rubin Museum of Art (collections of Himalayan art) and fell in love with it, cut my hair even shorter (it’s so much more fun to wash short hair) and looked for apartments in southern California (on Craigslist). We are so ready for change, new places to explore and new people to meet.
East Coast has been fun for the past ten years, but I want to experience new places. Hopefully we’ll get our act together soon and start prepping for some big changes. Also, here’s a great article I just read on MindBodyGreen: 10 ways to live yoga off the mat.
Have a fun weekend!
